Selected Panther software/system modules include:

ICIS: An automated control system for paper machines that improves paper quality and dramatically reduces waste. ICIS uses Panther’s unique predictive feed forward control to adjust machine settings based on real-time data collected from machine sensors.

MillTools: A comprehensive Mill Operations Management (MOM) system that supports all the critical processes required to run a paper mill. The activities managed by MillTools include: Front Office, Mill Floor Operations, and Warehouse/Transportation Management.

TestCentral: A paper quality tracking system which collects test results from paper lab bench top instruments, scanner measurement profiles, and wet end tests. The system uses this information to present statistical results and produce actual “as sold” roll quality data.

ProcessAnalyzer: A diagnostic tool that determines the cause and effect of paper production quality issues. ProcessAnalyzer captures data from continuous process variables, scanner quality profiles, discrete lab tests, and production events; and then presents them graphically to assist with the rapid diagnosis of quality issues.
