Vancouver, Washington – The American software company Panther Systems, Inc., completed the acquisition of Matrix Incorporated, becoming effective April 1, 2026.

Adding the time-tested performance of Matrix Trim and other Matrix software technologies to Panther Systems ensures Panther’s market position as a leader in custom software for pulp, paper, and other continuous manufacturing processes. Matrix products include trim optimization, block scheduling, and load planning software applications. These products optimize production machine efficiency, improve sustainability, and ease workloads for planning and operations teams.
