Panther Systems announces Teresa Dupras as Technical Account Manager

Vancouver, WA – Panther Systems, provider of manufacturing intelligence solutions and quality control systems, announced the hiring of Teresa Dupras as Technical Account Manager.

“Teresa brings unmatched paper mill production experience to the team,” stated Panther Systems Support Services Manager Stacey Crisp. “She is excellent in training, documentation and customer service. Teresa is a very welcome addition to Panther.”

Dupras brings 15 years of paper mill operations and process insight to Panther’s Support Services team. She draws on extensive technical and customer service skills to assist Panther customers with software development and implementation for manufacturers in the pulp and paper industry. Teresa will manage customer projects and help paper manufacturers to leverage Panther’s MillTools manufacturing execution system, machine and paper laboratory automation, data historians and business interfaces.

Prior to joining Panther, Teresa worked for WestRock’s integrated paper mill and box plant in Longview, Washington. Teresa’s operational experience reached beyond inventory management and shipping operations to mill-wide shop floor operations and business rules. She managed special projects, including implementation of Honeywell OptiVision and Panther MillTools manufacturing execution systems. The pulp and paper industry regards Teresa as an expert in training mill personnel, and she has presented courses at industry conferences.

Dupras works at Panther’s headquarters in Vancouver, Washington. She and her husband call Washington home and have three children.
